Commissioned works are for non-profit and personal use only. Commercial uses will subject to additional fees.

Usage of artwork for tokenizing NFTs or cryptocurrencies in any form, be it for commercial use or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.

Customer gives their consent for the completed work to be displayed on my social media (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) and website or to be used in my portfolio.

If customer don't want the artist to publish the commissioned artwork, it will subject to a No-Showcase fee (15% from total price).

The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request if the artist feel uncomfortable or not able to do it.

Payment will be done through local bank transfer ( BCA & Blu Digital ) in IDR currency, and PayPal for USD currency.

Customer will be required to do full payment upfront after the sketch is accepted.

Payments are due within 3 days of each invoice date.

Customer reserves the right to cancel their purchase any time within the process. However, cancellation by customer while the commission is in the works will subject to cancellation fee. Cancellation fee: 30% from total payment

Customer is not permitted to use, post, or edit the cancelled work.

One major revision in the sketch stage and two minor revision in other stage is included within the price. Further revisions will be charged additionally upon agreement.

Consultation and revision will only be done via customer's preferred social media communication.

Digital file of the artwork (PNG & JPG) will be uploaded to Google Drive and then the link will be sent to the customer.

Keychain & phone charm result can be shipped manually (by JNT only) or via Shopee Checkout.

NO DEADLINE FOR PERSONAL COMMISSION. Any personal commission with deadlines will not be accepted ( example: for a birthday gift, for Role-Playing project with deadline, etc.).

Deadline can be discussed for COMMERCIAL COMMISSION.

PERSONAL COMMISSION will be done in maximum 2 months after payment is made. If the artist can't finish the commission within that time, client has the right to ask for a refund.

If something occurs that might potentially hinder the progress of a customer's commission, the artist will communicate to the customer for the best solution or work with a new schedule.

After filling out the form, once I reviewed your request, you will receive an email regarding your request status; whether it got accepted or not.

A rough sketch of your commission will be sent to you for review and make alterations to. Please keep in mind that only minor alterations are allowed to be done for the lineart/finishing. Any major revisions made in lineart/finishing/after the work is finished will subject to additional fees.

After the sketch is settled, I will send you an invoice for 100% full payment. After your payment is confirmed, I will work on your commission.
